#Method for koftas
In one bowl mix potato cornflour 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and salt
make a soft dough and make about 10_12 equal balls.
Now in another bowl mix cheese and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
Now take 1 potato ball flaten it between ur palms put sum cheese filling and roll again like a ball.
In this way complete all the balls.
Keep them i fridge for 1/2 hour.
Now heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the koftas on medium flame till golden brown.
Keep them aside.
Method for gravy
Firstly make a thick paste of onion tomatoes garlic ginger green chillies and almond in a mixer .
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan
Put all the dry masalas and roast on low flame just for a min.
Now add the onion paste and let it cook on medium flame till it starts leaving sides and oil seperates.
Now keep stirring and saute the mixture for 3_4 mins nicely.
Now add water according to the thickness of curry
Let it boil on medium flame for 7_8 mins.
While serving put the potato koftas in hot curry garnish with coriander.
